目的分析噬血细胞综合征患者外周血Th1、Th2、Th17及CD4~+CD25~+CD127~(low)Treg细胞频数变化,探讨Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg细胞失衡在HPS患儿发病机制中作用。方法收集本院自2013年9月-2015年12月收治的60例HPS初发患者(HPS初诊组),其中缓解患者54例(HPS缓解组),以30例健康体检者作为正常对照组,采用流式细胞仪检测其外周血Th1、Th2、Th17细胞及调节性T细胞频数,比较患者初发时、缓解后以及与正常对照组之间T细胞亚群频数变化。结果 HPS初诊组患者Th1、Th17细胞百分比高于HPS缓解组、正常对照组,而Th2细胞百分比低于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),与正常对照组相比,HPS组Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg比值均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg失衡可能参与HPS发病,并且与HPS病程进展有关。
Objective To analyze the changes of Th1, Th2, Th17 and CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + CD127 ~ (low) Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with hemophagocytic syndrome and to explore the role of Th1 / Th2 / Th17 / Treg imbalance in the pathogenesis of HPS. Methods A total of 60 HPS patients (HPS group) were recruited from September 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital. Among them, 54 patients were remission (HPS remission group), 30 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group, The frequency of Th1, Th2, Th17 cells and regulatory T cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry. The frequency of T cell subsets in patients with initial, remission and normal control were compared. Results The percentage of Th1 and Th17 cells in HPS newly diagnosed group was higher than that in HPS remission group and normal control group, while the percentage of Th2 cells was lower than that in normal control group (P <0.05). Compared with normal control group, HPS The Th1 / Th2 and Th17 / Treg ratios were significantly increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The imbalance of Th1 / Th2 and Th17 / Treg may be involved in the pathogenesis of HPS, and is related to the progression of HPS.
