当前,服务行业风行“承诺”。商业零售企业的“承诺”,是商店(场、厦、城)向消费者承诺经济信誉。这是商业道德、商业信誉在社会主义市场经济条件下的一个新的发展。 其实,经商讲求道德、讲求信誉,自古有之。有道是“经商有道惟以德,处事无奇厚为先”。一个“德”字,一个“厚”字,把经商要讲求“商德”、讲求“信义”,讲得再透彻不过。“诚信守义”,历来被奉为经商的准则;而“欺诈失信”,历来是经商的大诫。因此,商业零售企业目前承诺的信誉又是传统商业道德、商业信誉在新的历史条件下的继承和发扬。 当前,商业零售企业承诺的信誉是多方面的,几乎覆盖了经营活动的各个方面。其中最主要的是承诺经营和商品质量可靠,绝无假冒伪劣;价格公道、
