采用免疫金银染色技术,对64例子宫颈腺癌组织进行了雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的免疫组化检测。结果表明,ER和PR的阳性率分别为59.38%和50.00%。二者阳性率在不同的分化程度间均有显著差别(P<0.05);不同组织学类型间,ER阳性率有显著性差别(P<0.05),PR差别则不显著(P>0.05)。二者阳性率在绝经前后,两组间差别亦无显著性(P>0.05)。两种受体阳性间存在着正相关关系(P<0.005,r=0.4454)。提出对受体阳性者可以进行激素治疗。
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in 64 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma. The results showed that the positive rates of ER and PR were 59.38% and 50.00% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the degree of differentiation (P <0.05). The positive rate of ER was significantly different between different histological types (P <0.05), while the difference of PR was not significant (P> 0.05). The positive rate of the two before and after menopause, no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the two receptor types (P <0.005, r = 0.4454). Proposed positive receptor can be hormone therapy.
