沈阳市1995年发生三起因食用豆角引起的食物中毒,共170人,有115人发病,发病率为67%。其患者均在进餐后0.5h发病,主要症状为头晕、恶心、流诞、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻。中毒现场采集的生熟豆角,是南方豆角,同时采集本地豆角进行对照分析研究,采用豆角的浸出液进行血球凝集试
