用ＣＰＡ矩阵紫外分光光度法测定扑麻滴鼻液中扑尔敏和麻黄素的含量。测定波长分别为２５７．５、２６１．５、２９５ｎｍ；扑尔敏的平均回率为１００．７０％，ＲＳＤ为２．０５％；盐酸麻黄素的回收率为１００．３０％，ＲＳＤ为０．８２％。方法操作简便，快速、准确。
Determination of Chlorphenamine and Ephedrine in Pomegranate Nasal Drops by CPA Matrix UV Spectrophotometry. The measured wavelengths were 257.5, 261.5 and 295 nm, respectively. The average response rate of chlorpheniramine was 100.70% and the RSD was 2.05%. The recovery rate of ephedrine hydrochloride was 100.30% with RSD of 0. 82%. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
