借助能谱的成分分析(EDS),用X射线衍射(XRD)及透射电镜的选区电子衍射技术(SAED),确定了焊缝金属的组织结构,并对焊缝金属和Fe3Al合金母材的高温(900℃)抗氧化性能进行试验比较.研究结果表明,TIG焊方法适用于Fe3Al合金的焊接,焊缝金属为Fe3Al合金.焊接接头的抗拉强度低于母材,且拉伸试样断在过热区,焊缝的高温抗氧化性略低于母材.
The composition of the weld metal was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (EDS) with the aid of energy dispersive elemental analysis (EDS). The weld metal and the high temperature of the Fe3Al alloy base metal (900 ℃) anti-oxidation performance of the test comparison. The results show that TIG welding method is suitable for the welding of Fe3Al alloy, the weld metal is Fe3Al alloy. Tensile strength of welded joint is lower than that of base metal, and tensile specimen is in overheat zone, the high temperature oxidation resistance of weld is slightly lower than that of base metal.
