为了最大限度地消除LNG加气站的安全隐患,分析了LNG的化学属性和低温特性,基于LNG加气站的间歇生产过程,利用HAZOP分析方法,对LNG加气站存在的危险因素及其后果、原因、防护措施进行分析。卸车过程的危险因素:槽车停放随意或停车后有滑动可能性,LNG泄漏;储存过程的危险因素:储罐过量充装或溢出,安全阀失效,保冷出现问题,罐内液体分层;加液过程的危险因素:潜液泵出口压力高、流量大,进入加气机的LNG出现两相流,加液计量偏差较大,LNG泄漏。根据分析结果,提出了防护措施,实现了LNG加气站的安全运行。

According to the analysis results, protective measures are put forward to realize the safe operation of LNG filling stations.
