本文讨论了埃铬菁R,邻菲啰啉,溴代十六烷基吡啶与锆组成的显色络合体系的分光光度测定,结果表明:当pH=7.0时,体系形成深蓝色溶液,最大吸收峰为600nm,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(600)=8.7×10~4。本文还讨论了用单因素法、正交试验法、单纯形优化法对光度测定中各试剂的最佳用量的确定试验,结果表明:只有采用单纯形优化法才能取得最佳实验条件。最后用Lewis-skoog法对此四元体系的组成进行了测定,证明其配合比为:锆:埃铬菁R:邻菲啰啉:溴代十六烷基吡啶=4:8:1:4。
In this paper, the spectrophotometric determination of chromogenic complex system composed of chrysene R, phenanthroline, cetyl pyridinium bromide and zirconium was discussed. The results showed that when pH = 7.0, the system formed dark blue solution, the maximum The absorption peak is 600nm, the apparent molar absorptivity ε_ (600) = 8.7 × 10 ~ 4. The paper also discusses the determination of the optimum dosage of each reagent in photometric determination by single factor method, orthogonal test method and simplex method. The results show that only the simplex method can obtain the best experimental conditions. Finally, the composition of this quaternary system was determined by the Lewis-skoog method. The results showed that the mixing ratio of zirconium: chrome cyanine R: phenanthroline: cetylpyridinium bromide = 4: 8: 1: 4 .
