On November 21, 2011, the China Health Express Foundation held “Health Express China Dali Bright Line” Visiting Activities in Dali, Yunnan Province. The Ministry of Health, Yunnan Province, China Petrochemical Corporation and China Health Express Foundation attended the visit . Health Express is a train hospital donated by the compatriots in Hong Kong to Hong Kong in July 1997 for the recovery of cataract in poor areas in the Mainland. Over the past 14 years, Express Health Express has provided free operation of more than 120,000 cataract patients in 27 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) nationwide.
