目的了解辽宁大连沿海地区贝类产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染状况及3种毒力基因的携带情况。方法采集大连周边海域养殖场及农贸市场132份贝类样品,用实时荧光PCR检测方法进行副溶血性弧菌标靶基因tl基因检测,同时检测tdh、trh和orf8毒力基因并进行分析。结果在132份贝类样品中,检测出携带有副溶血性弧菌标靶基因43份,检出率为32.6%(43/132),其中携带有tdh基因阳性2份4.7%(2/43),trh基因阳性2份4.7%(2/43),orf8基因阳性1份2.3%(1/43),同时携带有tdh、orf8基因阳性1份2.3%(1/43),同时携带tdh、trh基因阳性16份37.2%(16/43);牡蛎中副溶血性弧菌标靶基因tl检出率为28.8%(23/80),毒力基因同时携带10株。结论大连贝类海产品中携带副溶血性弧菌情况比较严重。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in shellfish products in coastal area of Dalian, Liaoning and the carrying status of three virulence genes. Methods A total of 132 shellfish samples collected from farms and farmers markets in the surrounding waters of Dalian were collected. The tl gene of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected by real-time PCR, and the virulence genes of tdh, trh and orf8 were detected and analyzed. Results In 132 samples of shellfish, 43 samples with Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected, the detection rate was 32.6% (43/132), which contained 4.7% (2/43) of 2 positive tdh genes ), positive of trh gene was 4.7% (2/43), positive of orf8 gene was 2.3% (1/43), while carrying tdh, orf8 gene positive 1 2.3% (1/43), while carrying tdh, trh gene positive 16 37.2% (16/43); oyster Vibrio parahaemolyticus target gene tl detection rate was 28.8% (23/80), virulence genes carrying 10 strains at the same time. Conclusion Dalian shellfish seafood carrying Vibrio parahaemolyticus more serious.
