本文从当前教师的职业恐慌着手,结合自己的实际,提出教师应该通过教学反思来提高自己的教育教学水平,然后从四个方面阐述了教学反思的内容:A.教师教育教学观念的反思;B.教师角色地位的反思;C.教育教学知识内容的反思;D.教育教学活动组织与开展过程的反思。最后指出,教学反思是教师专业成长的有效途经。 This article starts with the current professional panic of teachers and combines their own realities. It is proposed that teachers should improve their education and teaching level through teaching rethinking. Then the content of teaching reflection is elaborated from four aspects: A. Reflections on the concept of teacher education; B . Reflection on the Role of Teachers; C. Reflection on the Content of Education and Teaching; D. Reflection on the Organization and Development of Education and Teaching Activities. Finally, it is pointed out that teaching reflection is an effective way for teachers’ professional growth.
