整合是校企合作人才培养模式创构的理论引领和学理根由。校企合作人才培养模式的整合建构是由职业教育的跨界特点、校企合作双主体办学和校企合作实践的整合特性多方面决定的。当下人才培养模式研究存在封闭、定界性,重复、低效性和错位、尴尬性等问题。本文亦列举了体现整合思想的优化的人才培养模式作为参考。
Integration is the theoretical lead and theoretical foundation for the creation of school-enterprise cooperative personnel training mode. The integration and construction of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode is determined by the cross-boundary characteristics of vocational education, the dual subject-school cooperation between school-enterprise cooperation and the practice of school-enterprise cooperation. At present, the study of personnel training mode has such problems as confinement, delimitation, repetition, inefficiency and dislocation, embarrassment and so on. This article also lists the optimization of personnel training mode that reflects the idea of integration as a reference.
