通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和硬度测试等手段,研究了激光熔敷条件下铬钼钢表面熔敷层组织及硬度与钒含量的关系。研究表明:激光熔敷层不同位置的显微组织不相同,表层附近区域为均匀的等轴晶组织,心部为树枝状组织,而结合区域附近呈现出带状组织。加入少量钒元素后,激光熔敷层组织的组成相主要是共晶和碳化物。随着钒含量增加,熔敷层晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,熔敷层维氏硬度值逐渐提高。
The microstructure, hardness and vanadium content of the coating on the surface of chrome-molybdenum steel under laser welding were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and hardness testing. The results show that the microstructure of the laser cladding layer is different at different positions, the equiaxed grains near the surface layer are dendritic and the banded structure near the bonding area. After adding a small amount of vanadium elements, the composition of laser cladding layer is mainly eutectic and carbide. With the increase of vanadium content, the grain size of the deposited layer gradually decreases and the Vickers hardness value of the deposited layer gradually increases.
