在临床中经常遇到急性脑卒中患者的心血管系统异常,致使其心电图(ECG)发生各种各样的变化,此类病人多预后较差,为提高治愈率,减少致残率,指导临床用药,现将近3年来就诊于我们2院的168例急性脑卒中患者的ECG报告如下。 1 资料与方法 168例脑卒中患者均经头颅CT扫描确诊。脑血栓(CI)102例,男68例,女34例。年龄70岁以上12例,60～69岁24例,50～59岁40例,40～49例17例,<40岁3例,其中高血压病史者11例,单发性梗死72例,多发性梗死30
