把全光迷雾条件改装成半全光迷雾条件 ,选用当年生嫩枝做插条并用生长素和根宝 - 3进行处理 ,提高了插条的生根率。其中以IBA效果最好 ,IAA、NAA和根宝依次次之。 50 0× 10 - 6的IBA处理下的插条生根率、平均根量、平均根长与根数最大值分别高于对照 79.5%、2 0 %、2 4 0 %、550 %。根宝 - 3对日本晚樱嫩枝生根的促进效果不明显。在半全光迷雾条件下 ,使中午温度控制在 2 5~ 30℃ ,夜间温度控制在 16~2 1℃ ,最有利于生根
