目的:研究分析对新生儿科实施临床护理带教分级管理的效果。方法:选取60名新生儿科护生采取分级管理的方式进行临床护理带教,并探讨分级管理带教的效果。结果:与分级管理的方式进行临床护理带教前相比,分级管理的方式后的护生各项考核成绩显然更为突出,差异显著具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:对新生儿科实施临床护理带教分级管理具有一定的优越性,能够使护理带教工作更具有规范化,从而进一步提升护理带教质量。“,”objective:to study the analysis of the new pediatric clinical nursing teaching the effect of the hierarchical management. Methods:select 60 new pediatric nursing students take the way of classification management in clinical nursing teaching, and discuss the effect of classification management teaching. Results:with the hierarchical management mode for clinical nursing teaching, compared to before the hierarchical management way of nursing students after each appraisal result is more outstanding, obviously significant difference statistical y significant (p<0.05). Conclusion:the new pediatric clinical nursing teaching hierarchical management has certain superiority, can make more standardized nursing teaching work, thus further improving the quality of nursing teaching.
