让人民享有健康丰富的精神文化生活,是全面建成小康社会的重要内容。为此,各地文化馆以繁荣和丰富人民群众的文化生活为己任,在服务基层、服务群众的道路上进行着不断的探索。基层群众文化辅导培训工作,对于提高人民群众的整体素质,展示人民群众的精神风貌,增强社会的和谐氛围,满足百姓的文化需求,都具有重要的意义。近年来,我国人民物质生活水平得到了很大提高,但基层群众文化的培训辅导工作还尚待丰富和完善。本文主要针对这一问题进行具体分析,以期促进群众文化培训辅导工作的进一步发展,提高基层群众文化水平。 Letting the people enjoy a healthy and rich spiritual and cultural life is an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way. To this end, cultural centers throughout the country take the prosperity and enrichment of the people’s cultural life as their responsibility, and constantly explore the road of serving the grassroots and serving the masses. At the grassroots level, people’s cultural guidance and training work is of great significance to improving the overall quality of the people, displaying the spiritual outlook of the people, enhancing the harmonious atmosphere in society, and satisfying the cultural needs of the people. In recent years, the material living standards of our people have been greatly improved, but the training and guidance work of grassroots mass culture has yet to be enriched and improved. This article mainly analyzes this problem in detail, with a view to promoting the further development of mass cultural training and counseling, and improving the grass-roots people’s cultural level.
