目的:探讨苯对小鼠骨髓细胞DNA基因的毒性作用。方法:采用静式吸入染毒30d,用免疫组化方法测定小鼠骨髓细胞p53阳性率,并作u检验。结果:染毒30d后无一小鼠死亡,白细胞计数也在正常范围内,而p53表达则是最高浓度组高于对照组和其它染毒组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:苯吸入对小鼠的骨髓细胞DNA有一定的影响,可能是引起白血病的原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the toxic effects of benzene on DNA gene of mouse bone marrow cells. METHODS: The p53 positive rate of bone marrow cells in mice was determined by immunohistochemical method using static inhalation for 30 days and subjected to u test. RESULTS: None of the mice died after 30 days exposure, and the white blood cell count was also within the normal range, while p53 expression was higher in the highest concentration group than in the control group and other exposure groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05). . Conclusion: Benzene inhalation has a certain effect on DNA of bone marrow cells in mice and may be one of the causes of leukemia.
