目的:探讨不同炮制方法对续断中川续断皂苷Ⅵ,Ⅹ含量的影响。方法:采用HPLC同时测定续断中川续断皂苷Ⅵ,Ⅹ含量,考察不同炮制方法对川续断皂苷Ⅵ,Ⅹ含量的影响。结果:与续断生品相比,炮制后川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量增加,川续断皂苷Ⅹ含量减少。结论:不同炮制方法均能影响续断中皂苷类成分含量,证明了传统炮制方法的合理性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different processing methods on the content of Ⅵ and Ⅹ in Duanchuan Nakagawa. Methods: Simultaneous determination of Ⅵ and Ⅹ contents of Dipsacus of Nakagawa by HPLC was carried out. The effects of different processing methods on Ⅵ and Ⅹ contents of Dipsacus chuanchuan were studied. Results: Compared with the discontinued product, the content of Saponin of Fructus Schisandrae Sinensis after treatment increased, while the content of Saponin X decreased. Conclusion: Different methods of preparation can affect the content of saponins in severed sevens, proving the rationality of traditional processing methods.
