教学魅力是指教师的教学具有一种内在的、持久的吸引力。具有魅力的教学,能使学生注意力集中,乐于学习,积极思考,并且在学习中获得满足、愉快的情绪体验。目前许多迹象表明,不少中学生对数学不是“喜爱”、“乐学”,而是有“畏惧”、“厌学”情绪。这种现象如不克服,势必影响学习质量的提高。怎样才能克服这种现象呢?途径之一就是增强数学教学的魅力,变苦学为乐学。下面侧重谈谈在数学教学中怎样增强教学的魅力。
Teaching charm refers to the teacher's teaching has an inherent, lasting appeal.
