按照铁道部建立“绿色列车”要求,乌鲁木齐铁路局对其管内的9列次列车车厢内部噪声及振动现状进行了调查,并采用对标分析方法对调查结果进行了评价。调查结果表明,在当前铁路旅客运输条件下,9列次列车噪声均不超标;列车车厢内部振动普遍超过“舒适性降低限”,部分列车达到“疲劳-熟练度降低限”,振动已成为影响旅客旅行舒适度,以及乘务员工作效率、质量和健康的主要因素;列车振动程度与列车运行速度、线路和使用的车体密切相关,在列车速度不断提高的情况下,采用降低噪声和防止振动的新型车体,提高运行线路的质量是降低列车振动的有效措施。
