目的:测定奈替米星体内PAE,并探讨奈替米星AUC与PAE的相关性。 方法:用荧光偏振免疫分析仪检测病人血中奈替米星浓度并计算AUC;以AVANTAG 全能自动化微生物分析仪,用光密度法测定病人血中奈替米星对9 种受试菌的PAE。 结果:奈替米星对耐药菌PAE 很短甚至没有,对标准菌及临床分离敏感菌产生较长的PAE,12 h 体内累加PAE最大值达36.8 h,AUC与累加PAE相关良好。 结论:奈替米星对敏感菌可产生明显的体内PAE,以AUC值可以估算体内PAE。
OBJECTIVE: To determine PAE in netilmicin and to investigate the correlation between netilmicin AUC and PAE. Methods: Fluorescence polarization immunoassay was used to detect the concentration of netilmicin in the blood of the patients and the AUC was calculated. The PAE of netilmycin in the blood of 9 kinds of tested bacteria was determined by optical density method with AVANTAG automated microbiological analyzer. Results: The netilmicin had no or short PAE, and had a long PAE to the standard bacteria and clinically isolated bacteria. The cumulative PAE up to 36.8 h after 12 h, and the correlation between AUC and cumulative PAE was good. CONCLUSION: Netilmicin can produce significant in vivo PAE on susceptible bacteria, and PAE in vivo can be estimated by AUC value.
