Objective To evaluate the stability and feasibility of self-developed stand-endurance monitoring system. Methods The subjects were 61 healthy flight personnel. Taking the routine active standing endurance test as the standard method, the monitoring of heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure were performed by using the vertical endurance monitoring system and the conventional active standing endurance test, and the physiological parameters were compared. Stand endurance monitoring system is a computer-controlled monitoring station and automatic recording includes more than 10 physiological parameters and graphics stand endurance evaluation system. Results After adjustment, the instantaneous heart rate of the two methods were 76.69 ± 13.19 in standing position endurance test system and 88.2 ± 11.63 in active stand-up position test, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two methods (P < 0 .0 1). The diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure at 2 0 m in were respectively: stand-up endurance monitoring system (77.78 ± 10.65) mm Hg, (89.78 ± 11.5 5) mm Hg, conventional stand-alone endurance test 73.80 ± 11.10, 85.35 ± 8.93, respectively (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure between the other two methods (P > 0 .0 5), Moreover, the linear trend of the two methods almost coincide. Conclusion The stand endurance monitoring system is stable and feasible, which can replace the routine active stand endurance test.
