随着科技的发展,人们认识到硫化氢(Hydrogen sulfide, H2S)是继一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)和的一氧化碳(Carbon monoxide,CO)后发现的第三个内源性气体信使(Endothelia gasotransmitter),目前对作为气体信号分子系统的新成员—H2S的生物学效应报道较少,已有实验证实H2S在循环系统、神经系统、消化系统、泌尿系统均有重要生理效应。本文着重讨论H2S在心血管系统中的生理作用和在发病机制中的作用。
With the development of science and technology, it has been recognized that Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is the third endogenous gaseous messenger discovered after nitric oxide (NO) and carbon monoxide (CO) gasotransmitter). At present, there are few reports on the biological effects of -H2S, a new member of the molecular system of gas signaling. Experiments have shown that H2S has important physiological effects on circulatory system, nervous system, digestive system and urinary system. This article focuses on the physiological role of H2S in the cardiovascular system and its role in pathogenesis.
