为了更好重复利用已有的设计资源,提高产品开发的效率,提出一种将本体和产品变型设计相结合的设计理念。在产品变型设计原理的基础上,融合了本体可以更细表达产品模型的优点,利用本体建模软件protégé建立了产品变型设计本体模型,采用C/S结构和SQL Server2000数据库,使用VB对SolidWorks进行二次开发。以液压支架的设计为实例,开发了基于本体的产品变型设计系统,并初步实现了与企业内部的PDM系统集成,大大减少了重复设计,缩短了产品开发的周期,提高了产品设计效率。
In order to reuse the existing design resources better and improve the efficiency of product development, a design idea of combining ontology and product variant design is proposed. Based on the principle of product variant design, the advantages of using ontology to product model can be expressed in detail. Using ontology modeling software protégé, a product variant design ontology model was established. Using C / S structure and SQL Server2000 database, Secondary development. Taking the design of hydraulic support as an example, a product variant design system based on ontology was developed.
