角膜翳是眼科常见病,我们曾用退翳液于球结膜下注射34例45只眼,效果良好,现介绍如下。退翳液配方:碘化钾2g,碘化钠1g,维生素C4g,狄奥宁2g,烟酸0.5g。注射用水加至1,000ml,pH5～8。避光保存。治疗方法:用1%的卡因滴眼3次,作表面麻醉。取退翳液0.3ml作结膜下注射,后依次增加0.1ml,增至1ml为止,10次为一疗程,每周注射2次。一般注射在下方。疗效:本组34例45只眼角膜翳、云翳、斑翳,经退翳液球结膜下注射治疗,优良率达66.67%,有效率达91.11%,是目前较好的治疗方法。
