胃癌在我国恶性肿瘤死因中占首位,其世界调整死亡率为23.86/10万。胃癌的生存率低,上海市(1972～1979年)5年生存率女性为10％,男性为12％。瑞金医院统计1958～1980年的手术病人1881例,5年生存率为17.86％,10年生存率为11.67％。生存率低的主要原因是早期胃癌的比例太低,瑞金医院胃癌手术病人中早期胃癌仅占2.2％,上海市肿瘤防办调查三个区1984年7月～
Gastric cancer ranks first in the cause of malignant tumors in China, and its world adjusted mortality rate is 23.86 per 100 thousand. The survival rate of gastric cancer is low. The 5-year survival rate in Shanghai (1972-1979) is 10% for women and 12% for men. The Ruijin Hospital statistics of 1,881 surgical patients from 1958 to 1980 showed a 5-year survival rate of 17.86% and a 10-year survival rate of 11.67%. The main reason for the low survival rate is that the proportion of early gastric cancer is too low. The gastric cancer patients in Ruijin Hospital accounted for only 2.2% of early-stage gastric cancer. The Shanghai Cancer Prevention Office investigated three districts in July 1984~
