1984年宣恩县审计局诞生至今,我一直担任局长。十四年来,我局走过了从“零”起步、艰苦创业、壮大发展和不断“抢前争先”的不平凡历程。回顾走过的路,我感受最为深切的就是:是审计人员素质提高创造了我县审计事业的业绩,又是在不断创造业绩中提高了审计人员素质。我以为,作为一个合格领导者不仅要搞好自身建设,注重自身政绩,更重要的是通过育人用人,培养造就一支高素质的队伍,才能高质量、高标准地实现工作目标。十四年前,刚组建的审计局才三个人,仅有1500元开办费,三十平方米的办公室和三张办公桌,可算是“光杆司令”。当时既要起步创业,又要打开审计工作局面,真是求人若渴。
