本文使用我国第六次公众科学素养调查方法和评价标准,以我国东中西部地区具有代表性的17个省、自治区、直辖市及副省级城市的县处级公务员为调查对象,经对调查问卷的统计分析,首次得到我国县处级公务员科学素养现状的基础数据及其与我国地厅级公务员和2005年我国公众的对比。
This paper uses the sixth public scientific literacy survey method and evaluation criteria in our country, taking the county level civil servants in 17 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and sub-provincial cities representative of the eastern, central and western regions of our country as the survey object, For the first time, we get the basic data of the scientific literacy status of civil servants at the county level in our country and their comparison with the civil servants at prefectural and departmental level in China and the public in 2005 in our country.
