我国目前各医院所使用的人工心肺机大部分为上海Ⅱ型。因没有血液变温部分,对实行深低温手术有一定困难。以后,生产了改良Ⅱ型(Ⅱ型-B)在氧合槽底部装上夹层作为升降温之用。虽然较前有了改进,但升降温的效果不好,不能满足临床深低温手术的要求。近几年来体外循环手术已广泛开展,心内复杂手术越来越多。对深低温和心肌保护要求越来越高。所以迫切需要生产一批性能较好的血液变温器,以适应体外循环加深低温手术的需要。虽然国外文献报告变温器
