近几年,中国医科大学第一附属医院等医院实施的“以病人为中心”的一系列改革措施,受到社会各界的好评和欢迎.1996年12月召开的全国卫生工作会议,党中央、国务院对卫生事业的改革与发展提出了更高、更新、更明确的要求;今后医院的改革与发展必须要“以病人为中心”.这对探讨新形势下卫生系统精神文明建设具有十分重要的意义.1.“以病人为中心”的含义所谓“以病人为中心”,就是要紧紧围绕满足患者需求,简化工作流程,方便病人,提供优质的技术和心理服务,严格控制医疗服务成本,尽最大限度减轻病人和社会的负担,让病人满意,社会满意.
