红松是长白山林区主要用材树种之一,同时也是经济树种,生产的木材个大质优,林付产品多种多样(如松籽、明子、松针等),因而深受人们的喜欢。建国以来,我区各地营造了大量的红松人工纯林,生长的繁茂、茁状、非常良好。但是近几年来,却发现了大量的病害,使红松的生长受到了严重的影响,并且蔓延的快,大有危及全林之势,其中尤以“红松疱锈病”为最甚。因此,我们在一九七九和一九八○年,对红松疱锈病进行了初步的调查,现将调查的结果报告如下: Korean pine is one of the main tree species in Changbai Mountain.
