目的:考察4种中药注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后不溶性微粒及pH值的变化。方法:用微粒分析仪和pH计测定配伍前5%葡萄糖注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射的微粒数目及pH值,并考察配伍后不同时间测得的微粒数及pH值改变。结果:配伍输液中不溶性微粒数显著多于配伍前(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:输液与中药注射液配伍后微粒数目明显增多,在临床应用中密切注意不溶性微粒的监控,避免药品不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of insoluble particulates and pH value after the combination of 4 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection with 5% dextrose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Methods: The particle number and pH value of 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection before and after compatibility were determined by particle analyzer and pH meter. The number of particles and pH value were measured at different time after compatibility. Results: The number of insoluble particles in compatibility infusion was significantly higher than that before compatibility (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: The number of particles after the combination of infusion and traditional Chinese medicine injection significantly increased. In clinical application, close attention was paid to the monitoring of insoluble particles to avoid adverse drug reactions.
