我厂1250t挤压机上原有的挤压筒系从台湾购进的,其结构为双层套(见图1)。3只挤压筒在生产210多t型材后便全部炸裂。我们决定自制并进行改进。 由于缺乏Ф250mm以上的耐热合金钢及大型锻压设备,故将2层结构改为3层结构,见图2。外层套沿用旧套,中层套材质选用5CrMnMo钢,内层套选用4Cr5MoSiV1钢。经对挤压筒受力情况计算,确认所选用材质经热处理后,在400~500℃挤压温度下,其强度符合安全要求。
The original extrusion barrel on our 1250t extruder was purchased from Taiwan. Its structure is double-layer (Figure 1). 3 extrusion tube in the production of more than 210 t profile after all burst. We decided to make and improve ourselves. Due to the lack of Ф250mm heat-resistant alloy steel and large forging equipment, so the 2-tier structure into a three-tier structure, shown in Figure 2. The outer sleeve follows the old sleeve, the middle sleeve is made of 5CrMnMo steel and the inner sleeve is 4Cr5MoSiV1. After the calculation of the extrusion cylinder pressure to confirm the selected material after heat treatment, at 400 ~ 500 ℃ extrusion temperature, the strength of the safety requirements.
