目的利用超声造影技术评价均质低回声颈动脉斑块内新生血管形成的价值。方法选取我院临床诊断缺血性脑血管病患者33例,男27例,女6例,年龄52~79岁,平均65.5岁,所有患者均行颈动脉常规超声与颈动脉超声造影检查,并经头MRI检查证实有新发、陈旧性脑梗灶。结果经颈动脉常规超声检查共检出颈总、颈内动脉斑块42个,斑块厚度0.34~0.59cm,平均0.47cm,长度1.0~3.2cm,平均2.1cm。经颈动脉超声造影检查所有颈动脉斑块均检出斑块内部新生血管形成。结论颈动脉超声造影为颈动脉斑块内新生血管检测首选影像方法。
Objective To assess the value of neovascularization in homogeneous hypoechoic carotid plaques by contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Methods Totally 33 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected from our hospital. There were 27 males and 6 females, aged from 52 to 79 years (mean, 65.5 years). All patients underwent routine carotid ultrasound and carotid ultrasonography. After the first MRI examination confirmed new hair, old cerebral infarction. Results Totally 42 cases of total carotid and internal carotid artery plaques were detected by routine carotid ultrasound examination. The plaque thickness was 0.34 ~ 0.59cm with an average of 0.47cm and length of 1.0 ~ 3.2cm with an average of 2.1cm. All carotid plaques were examined for plaque neovascularization by carotid ultrasonography. Conclusion Carotid ultrasound imaging is the preferred imaging method for neovascularization detection in carotid plaque.
