高压短时喷油系统易产生二次喷射和空穴问题。有效的解决途径是采用带有两个球形阀和一个节流孔的等压出油阀。在该系统中,调节回油球阀的压力和节流孔径可以避免二次喷射和空穴,其中节流孔径是一个重要因素,应对其进行优化设计。 通过喷油试验台就节流孔径对喷油特性的影响进行了试验,由此获得了最佳的节流孔径,进而证实采用优化的等压出油阀可以改善发动机性能。本文描述了改变节流孔径时的喷油特性和发动机性能。
High-pressure short-term fuel injection system prone to secondary injection and hole problems. An effective solution is to use an equal pressure drain valve with two ball valves and one orifice. In this system, adjusting the pressure of the oil return valve and the orifice diameter can avoid secondary injection and holes. The orifice diameter is an important factor that should be optimized. The effect of orifice diameter on fuel injection characteristics was tested by a fuel injection test rig, which resulted in the optimum orifice diameter, which confirmed the use of an optimized isobaric delivery valve to improve engine performance. This article describes the injection characteristics and engine performance when the orifice is changed.
