传统民居是我国古建筑文化和遗产的重要组成部分,对待传统民居既要保护传统风貌,又要提高居住舒适度,才是传统民居可持续发展的可行之路。本文以重庆市安居古镇典型民居作为研究对象,通过实地调研,对典型民居平面功能及室内物理环境存在的问题,采取了调整功能布局和更新围护结构的综合集成改造措施。此外,本文用Design Builder软件模拟改造前后室内热环境,结果表明,改造后室内热环境得到显著改善,冬季典型日主要居住空间平均温度比改造前提高了1.18℃,夏季降低了1.47℃。
Traditional houses are an important part of the ancient architectural culture and heritage of our country. To treat traditional houses both to protect the traditional style and to improve the living comfort is the feasible way for the sustainable development of traditional houses. In this paper, a typical residential area in Anju town, Chongqing city is taken as the research object. Through the field investigation, the integrated function of layout adjustment and renovation of the enclosure structure are taken to improve the plane function and indoor physical environment of typical residential buildings. In addition, this paper simulates the indoor thermal environment before and after retrofitting with Design Builder software. The results show that the indoor thermal environment has been significantly improved after retrofit. The average temperature of the main living space in typical winter increased by 1.18 ℃ and 1.47 ℃ in summer.
