采用光学显微镜和MTS810拉伸试验机等分析了不同工艺淬火后TC4钛合金激光焊接接头的超塑性变形行为和显微组织,研究了淬火对TC4钛合金激光焊接接头超塑性变形的影响。结果表明:淬火能够提高激光焊接接头的超塑性变形均匀性,且随着淬火温度的升高,激光焊接头超塑性变形均匀性提高;采用接头超塑性变形后焊缝与母材的截面收缩率之比K来表征接头变形后的均匀性,当淬火温度为1000℃,在变形温度940℃及应变速率10~(-4)s~(-1)下进行超塑性变形时,接头变形均匀性达到最大,此时K=0.9。
The superplastic deformation behavior and microstructure of TC4 titanium alloy laser welded joints were analyzed by optical microscope and MTS810 tensile tester. The effects of quenching on the superplastic deformation of TC4 titanium alloy laser welded joints were studied.
