A total of 47 ears of 94 listeners who had been participating in actual ×× 152mm Cannon artillery four months after the fighting were withdrawn from the hearing implants. The results showed that the incidence of deafness was 24.5% (in terms of ear, the same below); Tinnitus incidence was 19.2%, mostly intermittent tinnitus bass tone. The incidence of eardrum invagination was 66.0%. PTA had a change of 12.8% and a high-frequency hearing loss (HF) of 36.2%. And the most obvious damage at 6000Hz, 87.0% of the affected ears. The reason why the damage of 47 152mm Artillery guns and listeners is relatively light is analyzed mainly because the personal protection of the ear is better when the shell is fired.
