超声红外热像检测技术的可靠性研究具有重要意义,特定检测条件下不同缺陷的检出概率是衡量检测可靠性的根本方法。文中制作了一系列含疲劳裂纹的45钢试件,实验结果表明:当检测条件确定时,裂纹区域响应热信号随着裂纹尺寸的增大而增强,响应热信号的对数与裂纹尺寸大体上呈线性关系。基于超声红外热像检测数据的统计特征,确定了回归分析模型中变量的形式,采用极大似然估计和Wald法分别给出了检出概率曲线的参数及其置信区间。研究成果能够为评价超声红外热像技术中检测可靠性提供量化依据。
The research on the reliability of ultrasonic infrared thermal image detection technology is of great significance. The detection probability of different defects under specific detection conditions is the fundamental method to measure the reliability of detection. A series of 45 steel specimens with fatigue crack were fabricated. The experimental results show that when the detection conditions are determined, the response heat signal in the crack area increases with the increase of the crack size. The logarithm of the response heat signal and the crack size are generally A linear relationship. Based on the statistical characteristics of the data detected by ultrasonic infrared thermography, the forms of the variables in the regression analysis model were determined. The parameters and confidence intervals of the detected probability curves were given by using maximum likelihood estimation and Wald method respectively. The research results can provide a quantitative basis for evaluating the reliability of detection in ultrasonic infrared thermography.
