热轧H型钢精轧设备采用连续式布置方式,整个过程中轧件塑性变形量较大,直接采用商用软件进行有限元分析,存在运算量过大、运算时间过长的缺点,并且运算过程会因单元畸变而中止。故此,采用网格重构的方法对连轧过程进行了分段式有限元模拟,通过对H250×125×6×9规格H型钢精轧过程的分析及结果验证,证实了该分析方法的可行性及有效性,为处理类似的金属塑性成形仿真问题提供了有益启示。
Hot-rolled H-beam finishing equipment adopts continuous arrangement, and the plastic deformation of the rolling process is large throughout the whole process. Finite element analysis is carried out directly by commercial software, which has the disadvantages of overcompensation and long operation time, and the operation process Aborted due to cell distortion. Therefore, the method of grid reconstruction was used to simulate the continuous rolling process by finite element method. The analysis of the finishing process of H250 × 125 × 6 × 9 H beam and the verification of the results confirmed the feasibility of this method.
