In everyday life, stress like a mystery has different meanings and effects for different people. For some, stress represents a frenzied pace of daily life: for others, stress is a feeling when confused, lost and sick. Everyone’s response to stress is not the same. Some people can successfully cope with stress and turn pressure into motivation; others retreat in the face of stress. In purely medical language, stress is the body’s natural response to change, and the reaction is not always negative. This is the so-called “protest” effect from the early days of mankind. one
