在农业改革和发展的实践中,继家庭联产承包责任制之后,广大农民又创造了“公司+农户”这样一种农业产业化经营的模式,初步显示出旺盛的生命力.概括地说,这种农业产业化经营模式主要要抓住五个环节:一是立足市场需求和优势资源:二是确立主导产业;三是创办“龙头”企业;四是建立商品基地;五是辐射带动农户.这五个环节是相互联系的,关键是创办“龙头”企业.
