目的分析中西医药物联合治疗对恢复期急性重度中毒性脑病患者认知功能障碍的疗效。方法采用参芎葡萄糖注射液联合脑蛋白水解物治疗恢复期急性重度中毒性脑病存在认知障碍的患者32例(治疗组),以单独应用脑蛋白水解物治疗的31例同类患者(对照组)为对照,应用《简易智力状态检查量表》(MMSE)评定2组治疗前后的效果。结果治疗前,对照组、治疗组MMSE评分分别为9~25(17.7±3.4)、8~24(16.5±5.7)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组MMSE评分19~29(24.4±2.6)分,高于对照组评分12~25(18.9±3.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组除物体命名、言语表达2个因子外,时间定向力、地点定向力、语言即刻记忆、语言复述、注意力与计算力、阅读理解力、图形描述等7个因子的改善程度(治疗前后评分差值)均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.001)。治疗组的治疗显效率(90.6%)高于对照组(67.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗过程中无明显不良事件发生。结论中西医药物联合治疗对恢复期急性重度中毒性脑病患者的认知功能障碍治疗有一定疗效并且较为安全。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on cognitive dysfunction in patients with convalescent acute severe toxic encephalopathy. Methods Thirty-two patients (treatment group) with cognitive impairment caused by Shenxiong glucose injection combined with brain protein hydrolyzate in convalescent acute severe toxic encephalopathy were enrolled. Thirty-one patients (control group) As a control, the effect of the two groups before and after treatment was evaluated using the Mini-Mental Status Examination Scale (MMSE). Results Before treatment, the MMSE scores of the control group and the treatment group were 9 to 25 (17.7 ± 3.4) and 8 to 24 (16.5 ± 5.7), respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, the MMSE score of the treatment group was 19 ~ 29 (24.4 ± 2.6) points higher than that of the control group (12.9 ± 3.2) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) .There was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) Control group (P <0.05 or P <0.001). The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group (90.6%) was higher than that in the control group (67.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). No obvious adverse events occurred during the treatment. Conclusion The combination of TCM and western medicine has a certain curative effect and is safe for the treatment of cognitive dysfunction in patients with convalescent acute severe toxic encephalopathy.
