我们采集急性淋巴白血病患者外周血分离PBMC(单型核白细胞),免疫BALB/C小鼠,末次免疫后三天取脾细胞与SP2/0细胞融合,烛缸法培养,ELISA方法筛选阳性克隆,然后用免疫原或其他淋巴白血病患者PBMC和组织标本进行免疫组化鉴定。
We collected peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes (PBMCs) from patients with acute lymphatic leukemia and immunized BALB / C mice. The spleen cells were fused with SP2 / 0 cells three days after the last immunization and cultured by candle jar method. The positive clones were screened by ELISA. Immunohistochemistry was then performed using PBMC and tissue specimens of immunogen or other lymphoid leukemia patients.
