本文作者通过对20例肺性脑病脑脊液(CSF)酸碱失衡的分析,旨在探讨CSF酸碱失衡与肺性脑病的关系。 选20例肺性脑病病人动脉血和CSF酸碱分析结果,其 PaCO_2均>7.998kPa(60mmHg)。所有病人均符合1980年第三次全国肺心病专业会议修订的诊断标准。另采集8例正常人动脉血和其CSF酸碱分析结果作为对照值。全部血液标本均采集股动脉血,同时经腰穿采集CSF标本。酸碱变量测定用IL-1303型自动生化分析仪。20例病人按中
By analyzing the acid-base imbalance of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in 20 patients with pulmonary encephalopathy, the authors aim to investigate the relationship between CSF acid-base imbalance and pulmonary encephalopathy. 20 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy in patients with arterial blood and CSF acid-base analysis results, the PaCO_2> 7.998kPa (60mmHg). All patients were in line with the Third National Conference of Cor Pulmonary in 1980 revised the diagnostic criteria. Another 8 cases of normal blood and its CSF acid-base analysis as a control value. All blood samples were collected femoral artery blood, while collecting CSF samples by lumbar puncture.
