目的观察无痛分娩对产妇产程及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2014年12月至2016年12月该院460例患有产程及妊娠结局患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各230例。所有患者给予常规治疗。观察组给予无痛分娩治疗,对照组给予常规分娩即可。观察患者产后出血量、产程、剖宫产率、宫缩乏力及镇痛效果。结果两组患者经过不同的分娩方式分娩后,观察组患者在以上各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论无痛分娩能够有效缩短产程,减少剖宫产发生率,并且具有较好的镇痛效果,安全性高,对于产妇恢复帮助较大,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the effects of painless childbirth on labor process and pregnancy outcomes. Methods From December 2014 to December 2016, 460 patients with labor and pregnancy outcomes in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group (230 cases) and control group (230 cases). All patients were given routine treatment. The observation group was given painless labor and the control group was given routine labor. Observe the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, labor, cesarean section rate, uterine inertia and analgesic effect. Results After the two groups were delivered by different mode of delivery, the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Painless childbirth can shorten the labor process and reduce the incidence of cesarean section Incidence, and has good analgesic effect, high safety, help to restore maternal greater, worthy of clinical application.
