矿产资源是经济社会发展的重要物质基础,是工业的粮食与血液,在我国国民经济中占据着重要地位。矿产资源的开发和利用越来越受关注。但是矿产资源开发过程中引发了土地环境问题也日益加剧,出现了矿产采空、土地沉积、土质污染以及植被破坏等,严重影响了土地结构、布局方式和利用率。本文主要分析了矿产开发过程中对土地资源造成的影响,破坏了生态环境,甚至出现土地资源恶化的现象。阐述了在当前生态环境建设背景下,加强土地资源保护的重要性,针对当前矿产开发过程中对土地资源造成的破坏进行具体研究。笔者通过研究,结合自身对生态资源和生态环境的了解,提出了矿产开发和土地资源保护的对策,实现矿产合理开发利用与土地资源保护双赢的目标。
Mineral resources are an important material basis for economic and social development. They are the food and blood of industry. They occupy an important position in our national economy. The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources are getting more and more attention. However, the problems of land environment caused by the development of mineral resources are also aggravating day by day. There are some problems such as mining of minerals, land deposition, soil pollution and vegetation damage, which have seriously affected the structure, layout and utilization of land. This paper mainly analyzes the impact on the land resources in the process of mineral development, undermines the ecological environment and even worsens the land resources. The paper expounds the importance of strengthening the protection of land resources under the current background of ecological environment construction and conducts a specific study on the damage caused to the land resources in the current mineral development process. Through research and combined with its own understanding of ecological resources and ecological environment, the author puts forward countermeasures for mineral development and land resource protection and achieves the goal of a win-win situation of rational development and utilization of mineral resources and protection of land resources.
