以往曾有资料报告,中枢蓝斑核的去甲肾上腺素(NA)能神经元和中缝核的五羟色胺(5—HT)能神经元分别对针刺镇痛起着拮抗和增强作用。如果这种关系存在的话,中缝核和蓝斑核功能活动的变化很可能会制约针刺镇痛效应的强弱。为了探讨这一问题,我们初步观察了电针及吗啡对大鼠蓝斑核及中缝核神经元放电的同时性影响。
There have been previous reports that serotonergic (5-HT) neurons of noradrenalinergic (NA) neurons and central raphe nuclei of central locus coeruleus could antagonize and potentiate acupuncture analgesia respectively. If this relationship exists, changes in functional activity of the nucleus rage and locus coeruleus are likely to constrain the strength of acupuncture analgesia. In order to explore this issue, we initially observed the electroacupuncture and morphine on the rat locus coeruleus and nucleus pulposus neuronal discharge simultaneously.
