目前,治疗2型糖尿病的主要药物包括胰岛素、二甲双胍以及西格列汀等,由于耐药性以及不同程度的不良反应,上述药物并不能很好的控制血糖~([1])。据报道,在西格列汀治疗的基础上联合其他药物治疗2型糖尿病不仅能够有效地控制患者血糖而且获得确切的治疗效果,为观察分析二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,笔者于2015年6月~2016年6月对60例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行研究,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取2015年6月~2016年6月我院治疗的
